Description: Mashed potatoes that leads straight to a heart attack. Best with a fat steak. Mmmm... made this up after trying out lots of other peep's MPs...
Ingredients: 8 large potatoes 1/2 cup olive oil 1 bar of full cream butter (none of that low fat or margarine shit) 1/3rd liter full cream milk Fresh diced Mushrooms (nice earthy ones with lots of flavor is nice) Couple o' stalks of fresh spring onions - finely chopped. Salt Pepper
Directions: The usual starter for mashed potatoes. put potatoes in a pot (skinned or unskinned... I prefer skins... yum), fill it up with water enough to cover the potatoes and a bit of allowance... two dashes of salt to start up the flavor. Boil for around 30 minutes or so. Remove from stove and drain when time's up. Get a masher or a fork (if you really want to torture yourself) and fuck that shit up. Lumps or no lumps up to you... I love lumps. While mashing throw in the butter. Yep the whole lot. lol. Add the milk at regular intervals while mashing. Add in the oil as well. Blanche the mushrooms. Throw em in. Throw in the spring onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Personally I love a lot of pepper. It should have a springy consistency when you poke it and will form peaks. If its a bit dry add more milk and oil. if its too wet heat up the mashed potatoes over a very low heat (oh this is why I never got it out of the pot!) If you can afford it and for some reason your grocery stocks it... add a drop of truffle oil. You've got it right if it tastes creamy, full and the mushrooms & spring onion flavor has dispersed evenly. Make out your will and enjoy.

Directions: Chop onions and garlic. Mince chili. Quarter tomatoes. Cut olives into rings. Heat olive oil (don't let it smoke eew). Sautee garlic and onions. Wait til golden then add corned beef.
